Acquisan, supported by Westbrooke Equity Partners (Westbrooke), has acquired Liberty Guard (UK) Limited, a leading provider of welfare units and site accommodation. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Acquisan’s mission to build a UK network of welfare and sanitation services.
Liberty Guard, Headquartered in Sandtoft, near Doncaster, is one of the UK’s largest independently owned suppliers of Towable & Static welfare units, with over 40 years of experience in modular and portable accommodation. The company operates a network of over a dozen depots and is renowned for its innovation, quality, and service.
